Victorian Rose-Cut Diamond Halo Ring
Circa 1870. This exquisite Victorian diamond ring features a sterling silver-topped 14KT yellow gold gallery bezel set with a .64-carat rose-cut diamond that is bordered with ten semi-bezel/bead-set, rose-cut diamonds. The ring is finished with an 18KT yellow gold reverse tapered shank. The diamonds weigh 1.04 carats in total, with SI2-I2 clarity and I-J color.
Appraised Value: $5,800
The ring measures 11.9mm at the top, rises 5.7mm above the finger, tapering to 2.3mm wide and 1.2mm thick at the base of the shank.
