General Return Policy

- Returned items must be received within fifteen (15) days for a store credit, exchange, full refund, or gift certificate.
- For an online return, we will email an insured return label.
- All items must be returned to us with a receipt, and in original condition - not damaged, modified, or worn.
- Store credit and gift certificates do not expire.

- Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
- We do not process refunds for items damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.
