Victorian English Opal & Diamond Ring
Dated 1891; Birmingham, England. This beautiful 18KT gold Victorian ring features a lovely prong-set, oval cabochon-cut natural crystal opal weighing .90 carats. The opal is bordered on each side by six bead/prong-set, old European/single-cut diamonds. The accent diamonds weigh .36 carats with I1-I2 clarity and H-I color.

The ring measures 7.9mm at the top, rises 5.4mm above the finger, tapering to 1.7mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank.
