Circa 1950. This stunning platinum ring features a beautiful, brilliant blue 7.26-carat cushion mixed-cut faceted sapphire with no heat treatment. This fantastic stone is surrounded by 40 baguette diamonds radiating from the center stone in "ballerina skirt" fashion and 10 round brilliant-cut diamonds accenting each side of the sapphire. The baguette-cut diamonds weigh 1.25 carats total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and H-I color. The brilliant-cut diamonds weigh .10 carats total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and H-I color. The ring is approximately a size 6 and can easily be sized.

Appraised Value: $52,800

The ring's top measures 18.78mm wide and 8.70mm tall. The shank measures 2.24mm wide and 1.09mm thick. It is a size 6.
