C. 1900 Tiffany and Co. Pocket Watch

Circa 1900. This absolutely gorgeous 18KT gold Tiffany & Co. pendant watch is suspended from an ornately carved detachable brooch featuring the head of Medusa. The open-face pocket watch sports a white-colored dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers. The manual-wind movement is signed Tiffany & Co. and is stamped with serial number 74436. The back of the case features red enamel guilloche covered with a pierced foliate design and topped with one bezel-set, old European-cut diamond weighing .03 carats with VS1 clarity and I color. The watch has been cleaned and is in working order.
