1940s Opal Dinner Ring with Diamonds
Circa 1940. This gorgeous Retro-Era cocktail ring features a stunning 7.70-carat oval cabochon-cut white opal set into a four-prong 14KT gold setting. The shoulders of the ring are each accented with one round transitional brilliant-cut diamond bead set into a white gold half-moon-shaped setting. The diamonds weigh .08 carats total, with VS1-VS2 clarity and G-H color. The ring is approximately a size 6.5.

The ring measures 18.1mm at the top, rises 9.4mm above the finger, tapering to 1.3mm wide and 0.9mm thick at the base of the shank. The ring is approximately a size 6.5.
