Art Deco Octagonal Diamond Halo Ring
Circa 1920. This gorgeous platinum Art Deco ring features a 1.58-carat old European-cut natural diamond bead set into an octagonal-shaped setting. The center diamond is accented with 16 old European-cut natural diamonds set into an octagonal-shaped halo setting. The ring is decorated with engraved wheat motifs and bordered with milgrain edging. The center stone shimmers with VS2 clarity and E color. The accent diamonds exhibit SI1-SI2 clarity and F-G color.

The ring measures 13.8mm at the top, rises 5.7mm above the finger, tapering to 1.1mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank.
