Art Deco 2.19-Carat Diamond Solitaire
Circa 1920. This gorgeous platinum Art Deco solitaire features a prong-set, 2.19-carat old European-cut diamond with VS2 clarity and N color. The top face of the shank is accented with four bead-set, round, single-cut diamonds on each side. These accent diamonds weigh .16 carats in total, with SI2-I1 clarity and G-H color. The setting features engraved details and is bordered with milgrain edging.
Appraised Value: $23,350
The ring measures 8.2mm at the top, rises 6.3mm above the finger, tapering to 1.7mm wide and 1.0mm thick at the base of the shank.
