Circa 1950. This stunning Midcentury cocktail ring features a bezel set 20.21-carat oval amethyst set in 14k gold. Twenty-eight seed pearls measuring 2-2.5mm in diameter halo the amethyst.

The ring measures 26.4mm at the top, rises 10.6mm above the finger, tapering to 3.3mm wide and 1.2mm thick at the base of the shank.
