Victorian Rose-Cut Diamond Halo Ring
Circa 1860. This lovely Victorian halo ring features a central old European-cut diamond set into a silver bezel and surrounded by 26 rose-cut diamonds bead-set into silver. The center stone weighs .18 carats with I1 clarity and I color. The accent diamonds weigh 1.30 carats total, with an I1-I2 clarity range and I-J color. The ring is finished with a 14KT yellow gold shank.
Appraised Value: $4,500
The ring measures 16.5mm at the top, rising 5.3mm above the finger, tapering to 2.3mm wide and 0.9mm thick at the base of the shank.
