Art Nouveau Plique-A-Jour Pendant

Circa 1900. This wonderful Late-Victorian platinum-topped 18KT yellow gold pendant features the gold embossed profile of a young woman. Her profile is bordered with red plique-à-jour enameling. The pendant features a pierced design and is accented with 32 bead-set, rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh .65 carats in total, with SI2-I1 clarity and H color. The pendant is suspended from an 18KT white gold neck chain measuring 18 inches in length.
