Circa 1890. This lovely French Victorian brooch features an 18KT gold eagle in flight clutching a bezel-set diamond with its claws. The brooch is stamped with the French hallmark "DEPOSE," which means the piece was handmade.

This brooch is 62.5mm long, 24.5mm high and 6mm thick.
