Victorian 18KT Diamond Snake Ring

SKU A23305

Circa 1890. This beautiful Victorian ring was crafted in Chester, England. A single 18KT gold snake coils around itself, a row of five graduated old European-cut diamonds shining on the crown of its head. Snakes represented eternal love and were a significant element of Victorian jewelry symbology.

The top of the ring measures 10mm at widest point, narrowing to 7mm at the base of the shank. The ring is approximately a size 8.

We size the majority of our rings; sizing takes approximately two weeks and is no additional cost to our clients with the occasional exception.
