Edwardian Diamond Snake Ring
Dated 1912; Birmingham, England. This beautiful 18KT Edwardian ring features a single coiled snake adorned with an old European-cut diamond and sparkling diamond eyes. Snakes were one of Queen Victoria's favorite motifs as they symbolized everlasting love. The ring is currently a size 8.5.
The ring measures 12.7mm at the top, rises 4.7mm above the finger, tapering to 6.6mm wide and 0.7mm thick at the base of the shank. The ring is currently a size 8.5.
