Art Deco Pearl, Diamond and Sapphire Ring
Circa 1920. This fabulous Art Deco platinum ring features a gorgeous 2.9-carat post-set, cultured saltwater Akoya pearl. The ring features a pierced design with engraved details bordered with milgrain edging. The ring is accented with 24 bead-set, round, single-cut natural diamonds and six channel-set, square French-cut lab-grown blue sapphires. The accent diamonds weigh .16 carats in total.
Appraised Value: $4,500
The ring measures 9.3mm at the top, rises 8.2mm above the finger, tapering to 1.2mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank.
