Circa 1800. These fabulous sterling silver and 14KT gold Georgian emerald and diamond drop earrings are designed in an articulated chandelier form, with a removable lower section for versatile wear. The earrings feature two pear-shaped mixed-cut natural emeralds totaling 0.92 carats. The 14 emerald-cut/rectangular mixed-cut natural diamonds and 52 polki-cut natural diamonds weigh 2.26 total carats, with I1-I2 clarity and I-J color. Polki-cut diamonds are one of the oldest diamond cuts in the world — and they’re prized for their organic sparkle, history, and handcrafted beauty rather than precision brilliance.
