Art Deco Sacred Heart of Jesus Pendant

Circa 1930. This lovely, reverent Art Deco pendant is crafted in 18KT gold with a two-tone construction, featuring a yellow-gold depiction of the Sacred Heart of Jesus framed within an architectural white-gold mounting. It is finely engraved with dimensional detailing of the facial features, drapery, and radiating heart motif. Surrounding the halo are six calibre'-cut, laboratory-grown blue sapphires, weighing .27 carats. Each sapphire is bezel-set within geometric compartments, framing the figure of Jesus. Accenting the white gold are 13 rose/polki-cut diamonds, set within milgrain-edged mounts along the upper and side borders. The diamonds weigh .13 carats, with I1 clarity and H-I color.
