This fantastic Victorian sterling silver-topped 10KT yellow gold brooch features a stunning 15.40-carat, bezel-set round cabochon-cut natural star sapphire, exhibiting six strong asterism rays. The sapphire is accented with 24 old mine/single-cut diamonds weighing .72 carats in total, with SI2-I1 clarity and I-J color.

The brooch measures 24mm wide and is finished with a 10KT bar pin catch.
