Edwardian Double Snake Diamond Ring
Dated 1909; Chester, England. This beautiful Edwardian-era ring features two entwined snakes crafted from 18KT gold. A row of three graduated old European-cut diamonds shines on the crown of both snakes. Snakes represented eternal love and were a significant element of Victorian jewelry symbology. The ring is approximately a size 9.
The ring measures 13mm wide; rises 4.5mm above the finger; tapers to 4.2mm wide and .9mm thick at the base of the shank. The ring is approximately a size 9.
Ring sizing is complimentary for most of our pieces and takes approximately two weeks. If the ring needs to be sized up 2 or more sizes, there will be an added charge depending on the piece.
