Late-Midcentury Star Sapphire & Baguette Diamond Ring
Circa 1970. This beautiful Late-Midcentury band features an 8.12-carat bezel-set, oval cabochon-cut natural star sapphire (with 6 strong rays). The sapphire is accented on either side by one flush-set, baguette-cut natural diamond. The baguettes weigh .34 carats in total, with VVS2-VS1 clarity and G-H color. The ring is currently a size 11.
Appraised Value: $7,300
The ring measures 13.3mm at the top, rises 8.0mm above the finger, tapering to 3.7mm wide and 1.2mm thick at the base of the shank.
Ring sizing is complimentary for most of our pieces and takes approximately two weeks. If the ring needs to be sized up 2 or more sizes there will be an added charge depending on the piece.
