Late-Midcentury Amethyst & Diamond Ring
Circa 1969, London England. This gorgeous Late-Midcentury English ring features a lovely 7-carat oval mixed-cut natural amethyst set into an 18KT six-prong head. The shoulders are each accented with three bead-set, rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh .06 carats, with SI1-SI2 clarity and J-K color. The inside shank of the ring is stamped with London, England hallmarks. The ring is approximately a size 9.

The ring measures 14.5mm at the top, rises 8.2mm above the finger, tapering to 2.2mm wide and 1.4mm thick at the base of the shank. The inside shank of the ring is stamped with London, England hallmarks.
