Victorian Green Garnet & Diamond Ring

Dated 1905; Birmingham, England. This beautiful Victorian ring features a row of seven bead-set, round mixed-cut green demantoid garnets weighing .14 carats in total. The center row is flanked on either side by a row of seven scallop-set, round old European-cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh .28 carats, with SI2-I1 clarity and F-G color. The ring is stamped with the United Kingdom, 18KT gold hallmark from the Birmingham assay office.

The ring measures 6.0mm at the top, rises 3.2mm above the finger, tapering to 1.5mm wide and 0.6mm thick at the base of the shank.
