Victorian Ruby & Diamond Linear Ring
Circa 1900. This lovely 14KT yellow gold late-Victorian ring features three mixed-cut natural rubies accented by eight old European-cut diamonds. The slightly purplish-red rubies weigh 1.93 carats total. The accent diamonds weigh .22 carats total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and F-1 color. This ring was hand-assembled.
Appraised Value: $5,500
The ring measures 6.7mm at the top, rising to 3.9mm above the finger, tapering to 2.0mm wide and 1.2mm thick at the base of the shank. The ring is a size 6 3/4.
We size the majority of our rings; sizing takes approximately two weeks and is no additional cost to our clients with the occasional exception.
