
Midcentury North-South Diamond Ring with Baguettes
Circa 1950. This gorgeous platinum Midcentury ring features a central .62-carat brilliant-cut diamond set into a four-prong setting. The ring is also accented with eight bezel-set baguette-cut diamonds, four bead-set, old European-cut diamonds, 13 bead-set round single-cut diamonds, and one bead-set, round brilliant-cut diamond. The diamonds are bordered with milgrain edging. The central shines with I1 clarity and H color. The accent diamonds weigh 1.15 carats in total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and E-G color.

The ring measures 18.8mm at the top, rises 4.2mm above the finger, tapering to 1.7mm wide and 0.9mm thick at the base of the shank.
