Midcentury .73-Carat Marquise Diamond Ring
Circa 1950. This fantastic 18KT gold Midcentury ring features a lovely marquise brilliant-cut diamond set into a six-prong setting. The center stone is bordered on the North and South with one bezel-set, round single-cut diamond. The shoulders of the ring feature a pierced design. The diamonds weigh .78 carats in total with VS2-SI1 clarity and D-I color.
Appraised Value: $6,850
The ring measures 16.0mm at the top, rises 3.2mm above the finger, tapering to 1.7mm wide and 0.7mm thick at the base of the shank.
