
Edwardian French Diamond & Pearl Halo Ring
Circa 1910. This lovely Edwardian French ring features a 1.40-carat post-set, natural pearl haloed with eight bead-set, old mine-cut diamonds set into a platinum-topped 14KT yellow setting. The diamonds weigh 1.20 carats in total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and H-I color. The ring is finished with a yellow gold shank.
Appraised Value: $5,400
The ring measures 12.9mm at the top, rises 8.7mm above the finger, tapering to 1.2mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank. The shank is stamped with French import metal hallmarks.
