Circa 1910 Opal & Diamond Halo Ring
Circa 1910. This beautiful Edwardian Era 18KT yellow gold ring features a bezel-set, oval cabochon-cut natural crystal opal weighing .63 carats sparkling with green and blue hues. The opal is surrounded by 10 old mine-cut diamonds weighing .60 carats total, with an SI1-SI2 clarity range and H-I color range - set in platinum.
Appraised Value: $3,500.
The ring measures 12.7mm at the top, rises 5.1mm above the finger, tapering to 1.8mm wide and .8mm thick at the base of the shank.
