Art Deco Peridot & Diamond Ring
Circa 1930. This sweet 18KT yellow gold Art Deco ring features a .50-carat prong-set, old European-cut diamond with I1 clarity and G color. The diamond is flanked on each side by one prong-set, round modified brilliant-cut natural peridot. The peridots weigh .34 carats in total. The ring is currently a size 7.25.
Appraised Value: $3,300
The ring measures 5.8mm at the top, rises 4.4mm above the finger, tapering to 1.6mm wide and 0.6mm thick at the base of the shank.
