Art Deco 1.54-Carat Diamond Ring with Baguettes
Circa 1920. This beautiful platinum Art Deco ring features a central 1.54-carat old European-cut diamond set into a four-prong head. The diamond exhibits VS1 clarity and I color. The ring features a pierced design and is flanked on either side with a bezel-set, baguette-cut diamond. The ring is bordered with 22 bead/prong-set, round single-cut diamonds. These accents diamonds weigh .54 total carats with VVS2-I1 color and E-F color.
Appraised Value: $23,750.
The ring measures 10.1mm at the top, rises 5.5mm above the finger, tapering to 2mm wide and .8mm thick at the base of the shank.
