Victorian Painted Cameo with Seed Pearl Accents

Circa 1880. This magnificent 14KT yellow gold Victorian brooch features engraved details and a hand-painted nature scene depicting a flying cherub over a woman holding two birds above a fire. The portrait is bordered with 45 seed pearls. Sterling silver crescents accent the four corners of the brooch and each one features six seed pearls.
