Circa 1890. This gorgeous Art Nouveau card case features a repousse design depicting a lovely young woman and Father Time. You can see the hourglass among the swirls of her hair. Father Time represented the death of one year as we move on to the next. The case was made in Massachusetts by R. Blackinton & Company. The chain measures 18 inches in length.

This case measures 4 inches by 3 inches, and is 21mm thick. The chain measures 18 inches in length.
