Art Deco Emerald & Diamond Checkerboard Ring
Circa 1930. This exceptional platinum Art Deco ring features a checkerboard pattern consisting of eight bezel-set, square step-cut natural emeralds, two trapezoid step-cut natural emeralds, thirteen bead-set, old European cut diamonds, and four bead-set, round single-cut diamonds. The emeralds weigh 2.52 carats in total, with strong saturation. The diamonds weigh .97 carats in total, with VS2-SI2 clarity and F-H color. The diamond and emeralds are bordered with milgrain edging.

The ring measures 13.8mm at the top, rises 4.1mm above the finger, tapering to 2.6mm wide and 1.2mm thick at the base of the shank.
