Dated 1914. This gorgeous sterling silver-topped 18KT gold Edwardian halo ring features a stunning 1.57-carat, round cabochon-cut synthetic sapphire. The sapphire is accented with a triple halo of 14 rose-cut diamonds and 42 old mine-cut diamonds, all prong set in sterling. The diamonds weigh 4.43 carats in total, with VS2-SI2 clarity and H-I color. The ring is signed GD&Co, which stands for G Dahlgren & Co, which was established in 1845 and is one of the oldest Swedish companies to produce gold and silver items.

The ring measures 24.3mm at the top, rises 15.1mm above the finger, tapering to 1.8mm wide and .7mm thick at the base of the shank.
