Circa 1880. This beautiful sterling silver-topped 18KT gold halo ring features a stunning 4.05-carat star sapphire adorned with 16 rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh .48 carats total, with I1 clarity and I-J color.

The ring measures 15.9mm at the top, rising to 7.8mm above the finger, tapering to 2mm wide and 1.3mm thick at the base of the shank.
