
Art Deco 2.39-Carat Split-Shank Diamond Ring
Circa 1920. This lovely platinum Art Deco engagement ring features a prong-set 2.39-carat old European-cut diamond with VS2 clarity and L color. Each of the split shoulders is accented with seven (14 total) bead-set, round single-cut diamonds, bordered with milgrain edging. The accent diamonds weigh .35 carats total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and E-F color.

The ring measures 8.5mm at the top, rises 5.4mm above the finger, tapering to 1.7mm wide and 1.0mm thick at the base of the shank.
