Art Deco Tiered Diamond Engagement Ring
Circa 1930. This lovely platinum Art Deco ring features a beautiful 1.30-carat, GIA-certified old European-cut diamond with VVS2 clarity and M color. Each shoulder of the ring features a tiered design that is accented with five bead-set, round transitional brilliant-cut diamonds, bordered with milgrain edging. The accent diamonds weigh .15 carats in total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and G-H color. The side faces of the ring feature a pierced design. Engraved details accent the shank.
Appraised Value: $12,100
The ring measures 7.0mm at the top, rises 6.3mm above the finger, tapering to 1.2mm wide and 0.7mm thick at the base of the shank.
