Art Deco 1.23-Carat Platinum Diamond Ring
Circa 1920. This exceptional platinum Art Deco ring features a 1.23-carat GIA-certified round transitional brilliant-cut diamond with VS2 clarity and I color. The ring is accented with 10 bead-set, round single-cut diamonds weighing .16 carats in total, with SI1-SI2 clarity and E-F color. The setting features a pierced design with engraved wheat motifs bordered with milgrain edging.
Appraised Value: $16,800
The ring measures 8.6mm at the top, rises 5.2mm above the finger, tapering to 0.8mm wide and 0.9mm thick at the base of the shank.
