Art Deco Diamond Ring with Sapphires
Circa 1920. This amazing platinum Art Deco ring features a pierced design with milgrain edging and carved scroll and wheat motifs. The lovely 2.04-carat old European-cut diamond is GIA certified, exhibiting SI2 clarity and E color. The ring is accented with 20 bead-set, round single-cut diamonds and four channel-set, calibre'-cut natural blue sapphires. The accent diamonds weigh .23 carats in total with VS2-SI1 clarity and F-G color. The sapphires weigh .12 carats in total.

The ring measures 10.3mm at the top, rises 6.9mm above the finger, tapering to 1.2mm wide and 1.0mm thick at the base of the shank. It is currently a size 7.
