Circa 1900. This wonderful Victorian watch chain features fat curb links of 9KT gold. Watch chains with bars on one end (where they were fastened to a pocket) were called "Albert Chains" after Prince Albert who wore this style and made it popular. It is most common for women to wear this particular style of chain as a necklace. These chains are not only unique, but it's also easy to add your favorite locket or pendant. The chain measures 17 inches in length.
