Payment methods we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, debit cards, personal checks and cashier checks. (If you are ordering outside the United State we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal only.)

Note: For PayPal credit card purchases please allow 3-5 days for the payment to clear. For PayPal checks please allow 5-10 days for the payment to clear. Upon clearance we will notify you that your package is en route.

Layaway
Layaway is available with a deposit of 1/3 of the total purchase price. The balance is then due within 30 days.
We understand that there are special circumstances and are happy to speak with you regarding a personalized layaway agreement. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions.
Returns are not permitted on layaways.
Failure to remit payment on a layaway item will result in the item being returned to inventory and we will credit all money you have paid toward a future purchase.
Return Policy
Returns are permitted on web sales only. Should you determine to return item(s) purchased on the Isadora’s website you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item(s) and ship the item(s) within four days of receipt of the item(s). You may return the item(s) for a full refund, less shipping and restocking fees. Returns on international shipments will also include any customs fees.
All items must be retuned to us in their original condition.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the US are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of any international shipment will be subject to such “Import Fees”, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping Information
We do our best to get your package to you in the time and fashion you desire. For all standard US shipments we use United States Postal Service Express or UPS insured. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship signature required. Please call us for a quote.
If you prefer a different carrier please call us and we can see if we can accommodate you.
For international shipments we are happy to ship with UPS, the Unites States Postal Service or FedEx. Please e-mail us for a selection of quotes.
