Circa 1940. This classic vintage engagement ring is centered by a sparkling 1.17 carat Old European cut diamond in a platinum illusion setting. The diamond has a SI2 clarity and I color. Each shoulder of this beautiful ring is accented by a sparkling brilliant cut diamond. The accent diamonds have a .12 carat total diamond weight, VS2 clarity and H-I color. The ring is platinum topped 18KT yellow gold. The estate diamond ring measures 7.46mm wide and 7.38mm tall at the top, tapering to 1.39mm wide and 1.17mm thick at the base of the shank. It is currently a size 8 1/4. It can be sized to fit most fingers. It is stamped “Jabel”.
