Circa 1940. This striking 18KT white gold ring is centered by a beautiful 1.44 carat ruby. Accenting each shoulder of the ring in a stair step pattern are seven round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds have a .22 carat total diamond weight, SI2-I1 clarity and G-H color. The ring measures 8.50mm wide and 4.20mm thick at the top, tapering to 1.70mm wide and 1.00mm thick at the bottom of the shank. The ring is currently a size 7 1/2. It can be sized to fit most fingers.
