Circa 1918. This elegant platinum ring is centered by a beautiful 1.00 carat blue sapphire. Accenting the center stone are fourteen old European cut diamonds. The diamonds have a 1.13 carat total diamond weight, VS2-I1 clarity and G-H color. The hand pierced ring measures 15.8mm wide and 6.00mm tall at the top, tapering to 1.4mm wide and .90 thick at the bottom of the shank. It is currently a size 5 1/2. It can be sized to fit most fingers.
