Circa 1950. This lovely vintage platinum ring is centered by a beautiful 6 carat cabochon cut star sapphire with a fantastic violetish blue color. Accenting each shoulder of the ring is a brilliant cut diamond. The accent stones have a .20 carat total diamond weight, VS1-VS2 clarity and H color. The ring measures 11.40mm wide and 7.70mm tall at the top. The base of the shank measures 2.20mm wide and .80mm thick. It is currently a size 5. It can be sized to fit most fingers. It weighs 5.62 grams.
