Circa 1950. This stunning platinum diamond ring is centered by a striking 8.00 carat cabochon cut star sapphire. The north, south, east and west side of the sapphire are channel set with a baguette cut diamond. Between each baguette cut diamond are three round diamonds. Each shoulder of the ring is channel set with a baguette cut diamond and a round diamond. The top of the ring measures 18mm in diameter and 8.70mm tall. The shank measures 1.80mm wide and 1.10mm thick. The diamonds have a .1.26 carat total diamond weight, VS2 clarity and H color. The ring is currently a size 6. It can be sized to fit most fingers. It weighs 7.45 grams.
