Circa 1950. This stunning 18KT white gold ring is centered by a 4.86 carat beautiful blue sapphire. Accenting the center stone are sparkling diamonds with a 5.36 carat total diamond weight. This stunning ring measures 16mm wide and 7mm tall at the top of the ring. The base of the shank measures 2mm x 1mm.
